What to Have in Your Pre-Tournament Email

Many players don't even think to communicate with prospective college coaches leading up to a tournament, AND the players who do often forget important information.

If you aren't sending out pre-tournament emails YOU ARE MISSING OUT. Plain and simple.

How to make sure your pre-tournament emails are GETTING THE JOB DONE:

1. Include all of your personal information: all your contact info, your team name, jersey colors, jersey number.

2. Your FULL schedule: Include field locations, field number, and times. (Make sure you send any updates out if changes occur!)

3. Make it personal: Thank them in advance for their time and consideration.

Keeping a coach updated with the current tournament info could be the difference between being seen, and NOT. Make sure you maximize your visibility at tournaments this summer by sending out pre-tournament emails!
