Where We Set Our Sights
TEAM Lacrosse Academy is built on the foundation of educating athletes through direct mentorship, both on and off the field, through personalized lacrosse training. Whether you're picking up a lacrosse stick for the first time, or an advanced player with your sites set on playing collegiate lacrosse, TEAM Lacrosse Academy has proven success in mentoring student-athletes through customized youth lacrosse development programs for players at any level. Our lacrosse clinics are dedicated to the growth of each of our aspiring athletes to maximize their potential with the required skills and game understanding to become the best lacrosse player they can be. Our mentors, with years of experience both on the field as collegiate players, and off the field as teachers of both the game of lacrosse and in the classroom, will help girls taking up the game achieve the most positive results possible.

You’ve Got Questions - We’ve Got Answers
Welcome to the TEAM Lacrosse Academy Help Center. We have pulled some of the most frequently asked questions from our customers and compiled them all into one place. Chances are you’ve got the same questions that were on someone else’s mind. Should you have any other questions that we may have missed, don’t hesitate to reach out.
My daughter is new to the game, where do I start?!
We welcome and encourage beginners to start in with a few private lessons or in one of our Recreation programs. This ensures that they have the most basic skills mastered and build up their confidence to participate in other programs.
What are your 1-on-1 training sessions like?
Private training is scheduled in 1 hour increments. Parents/players can discuss with their private coach what it is that they would like to work on. Coaches will also make recommendation and teach skills and drills that athletes can then practice and do on their own in order to continue improving!
What's the difference between Recreation and Travel?
Our recreation programs consist of practice-like development session 1-2 times per week. Participants will then be able to play in 1-2 playdays offered during the season.
Travel is typically for more advanced players that want the whole package! Travel includes practice 2-3 times per week, playdays, travel tournaments, gear packages, uniform, and more!

When a player registers for TEAM Lacrosse Academy she/he (her/his guardian) is responsible for all fees associated with accepting that position. All fees are expected in a timely manner as outlined at the time of registration. All fees are considered non-refundable. However, we do realize that at times there are extenuating circumstances, such as injury, that might prohibit the player from participating in TEAM Lacrosse Academy after securing their spot with the TEAM. If this is the case, the TEAM Lacrosse Academy administration will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and determine if an exception can be made to refund a portion of the registration fee. If a refund request is not injury related, TEAM administration will credit your account for future sessions if such a cancellation is deemed necessary. This will only be the case in exceptional situations and is not a guarantee of reimbursement of non-refundable fees paid at the time of registration.
